1 Introduction

Accounts found to belong to persons under the age of 21 will be permanently closed without notice, and any balance in such accounts — including winings — will be forfeited.

3.2 Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons who are legally incapacitated or who are acting under guardianship are prohibited from registering.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual person may maintain only one registered Account with 3win8. Duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts belonging to the same individual — identified by name, payment method, device, IP address, or household — are prohibited. 3win8 reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and withold funds associated with accounts in breach of this rule.

3.4 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided during account registration must be truthful, accurate, and current. You must notify3win8 of any changes to your registered details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.5 Jurisdiction

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using 3win8's services is lawful in your jurisdiction. 3win8 does not represent that the services offered are appropriate or available in all jurisdictions. Access to the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is at the Player's own risk and in contravention of these Terms.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To create an Account, you must complete the registration process on the Website, providing at minimum a valid username, password, and contact details as requested on the registration form. You agree to provide complete and accurate information during this process.

4.2 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, 3win8 will require the Account holder to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. This process requires the submission of:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent);
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent); and

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. You agree to notify 3win8 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. 3win8 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your Account credentials secure.

4.4 Account Ownership

Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. No Account may be transferred to, sold to, or used by any person other than the registered Account holder. Any attempt to transfer account ownership will result in immediate account closure.

5 Terms of Use

5.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the 3win8 Platform for lawful, personal entertainment purposes only, in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use the Platform in any way that may cause harm to 3win8, its officers, employees, partners, or other Players.

5.2 Technical Requirements

Access to the Platform requires a compatible device, a stable internet connection, and a supported browser or application environment. 3win8 is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of technical failures on the Player's side, including but not limited to internet disconnections, device failures, or browser incompatibility during active gameplay or betting sessions.

5.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a software, game, or system malfunction during active play, 3win8 reserves the right to void any affected game round, bet, or transaction. Where a malfunction results in an eroneous balance display or a game outcome that differs from the intended result, 3win8 reserves the right to correct the error and adjust the Player's Balance accordingly."Malfunction voids all pays and play" — this is an industry-standard principle that applies across all games on the Platform.

5.4 Currency

All Account balances, deposit amounts, bonus figures, and withdrawal amounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise explicitly stated. For cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20, Bitcoin), conversion to MYR is performed at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Exchange rate fluctuations are the Player's responsibility and 3win8 accepts no liability for variance between deposit and withdrawal conversion rates.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposit Methods

3win8 accepts deposits via the following methods, subject to availability at the time of transaction:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, and GrabPay (instant processing);
• DuitNow and FPX bank transfer via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong Bank (5–10 minutes);
• USDT TRC20 and Bitcoin cryptocurrency (15–30 minutes, subject to blockchain confirmations);
• 7-Eleven CLiQ cash payment (30–60 minutes after receipt upload).

Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are stated on the deposit page at the time of the transaction. All deposited funds must originate from a payment method owned by the registered Account holder. Deposits from third-party sources are prohibited.

6.2 Withdrawal Eligibility

To be eligible to withdraw funds, a Player must: (a) have completed KYC verification; (b) have met all applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus funds; and (c) not have any pending dispute or investigation on their Account. 3win8 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

6.4 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and per calendar day. Current limits are displayed on the withdrawal page. 3win8 reserves the right to amend withdrawal limits at its discretion. VIP Account holders may be eligible for higher withdrawal limits subject to Account tier status.

6.5 Anti-Money Laundering

3win8 is committed to compliance with international anti-money laundering standards. All deposits and withdrawals are monitored for suspicious activity. 3win8 reserves the right to withold or freeze funds, request additional documentation, and report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities in accordance with its obligations under applicable international AML frameworks. Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in the Account holder's own name. Players may not withdraw funds to a payment method different from the one used for the corresponding deposit without undergoing additional verification.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by 3win8 are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time of each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7.2 Welcome Bonuses

Welcome bonuses are available to new registered Players only and may be claimed once per Account, per household, and per device. Players who operate multiple Accounts — in contravention of these Terms — forfeit eligibility for all welcome bonus offers. Welcome bonuses are subject to the following standard conditions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion:

• A minimum qualifying deposit is required (amount stated on the individual promotion page);
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus;
• Only real-money wagers count towards wagering requirements, not wagers placed with bonus funds on excluded games;
• Games may have differential contribution rates towards wagering requirements (e.g., slots may contribute100%, live table games may contribute a lower percentage);
• Maximum bet amounts apply while wagering requirements are outstanding — typicallyRM 50 per bet or spin unless otherwise stated.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

3win8 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winings where evidence of bonus abuse is identified. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: using multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk or opposite-side bets to meet wagering requirements (known as "bonus washing"), coluding with other players to exploit bonus offers, or using automated or scripted betting to fulfil wagering requirements.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the period stated on the individual promotion. Upon expiry, any unused bonus funds and any winings derived from unexpired wagering will be forfeited without compensation.

7.5 Promotional Amendments

3win8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after Player has already opted in, the Player's acrued progress towards wagering requirements at the time of withdrawal will be respected where reasonably practicable.

8 Betting Rules

8.1 Sportsbook Bets

All sportsbook bets are governed by the specific rules of the sport and competition in question, together with 3win8's general sportsbook rules as published on the Website. Bets placed after the official start time of an event (unless explicitly offered as in-play/live betting) will be void. 3win8 reserves the right to void or suspend markets where the integrity of an event is in question.

8.2 Odds

All betting odds are quoted in decimal format by default, with conversion to other formats available within Account settings. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet placement. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed and accepted are the final odds applicable to that bet.3win8 reserves the right to correct manifest pricing errors.

8.3 Maximum Winings

Maximum payout limits apply to sportsbook and casino winings. Current maximum payout limits are published in the sportsbook rules section and the relevant casino game information panels. Where a Player's winings from a single bet or game session exceed the stated maximum, 3win8 reserves the right to pay out only up to the applicable maximum payout limit.

8.4 Live Casino Rules

Live dealer game outcomes are final once the dealer declares the round closed. Disconnection during a live game round does not automatically entitle a Player to a refund of their wager. Players are advised to maintain a stable internet connection before placing live dealer bets. In the event of a studio technical failure, affected rounds may be voided at 3win8's discretion.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the3win8 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

1. Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using fraudulent payment methods;
2. Money Laundering: Using the Platform to conceal, transfer, or convert funds derived from illegal activity;
3. Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or event, including sharing hole cards in poker, or coordinating bets in live dealer games;
4. Arbitrage Betting: Systematically exploiting price discrepancies between 3win8 and other operators to guarantee profit, or placing bets solely to fulfil bonus requirements without genuine sporting interest;
5. Use of Bots or Automated Systems: Using software, scripts, bots, or any automated tools to place bets, interact with games, or manipulate platform systems;
6. Hacking or System Interference: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Platform's servers, databases, or software; or interfering with any other player's connection or gameplay;
7. Underage Gambling: Creating an account or gambling on the Platform while under the age of 21;
8. Chargebacks: Initiating anunjustified chargeback with a payment provider for funds legitimately received by 3win8. Chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and recovery proceedings.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

10.1 Suspension by 3win8

3win8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a suspected breach of these Terms; ongoing KYC verification requirements; suspected fraudulent or criminal activity; failure to comply with a request for documentation; or any other reason where 3win8 dems it necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or comply with its obligations.

10.2 Account Closure by Player

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 3win8's support team via Live Chat. Upon closure, any real-money balance held in the Account (net of any outstanding bonus amounts that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method after applicable identity verification. Account closure requests for responsible gambling reasons will be processed as self-exclusion under 3win8's Responsible Gambling Policy.

10.3 Consequences of Termination for Breach

Where an Account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, 3win8 reserves the right to withold any funds held in the Account, including real-money deposits and winings, where those funds are reasonably connected to the breach (for example, funds derived from fraud, bonus abuse, or collusion). 3win8 will communicate the basis for any funds witholding to the affected Player via the registered email address.

10.4 Dormant Accounts

Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months are considered dormant. 3win8 reserves the right to charge an administrative fee on dormant account balances or to close dormant accounts after providing reasonable notice to the registered email address. Dormant account fees, where applied, will not reduce a balance below zero.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 3win8 Website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game software, audio clips, and the overall design and layout — is the proprietary property of 3win8 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Website for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any content; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any game software; or create derivative works based on Platform content.

12 Limitation of Liability

12.3 Player Responsibility

Gambling involves risk. Players acknowledge that they may lose funds placed as bets or wagers, and that past game results do not predict or guarantee future outcomes. 3win8 accepts no responsibility for a Player's gambling losses. 13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
